Here are some general company policies regarding refunds:
Refund Policies
- We will refund your first months subscription fee if you decide within the first 30 days that this product is not for you. (See number 2 below for exception)
- If you register a domain name (custom website address) we will deduct $25 from your refund amount. This is to cover the fees associated with registering that address.
- If at anytime you decide we are not the right product for you after your first 30 days we will cancel your account and you will not be billed again. No refunds will be given for the current billing cycle month.
- If you have an annual subscription and choose to cancel prior to the end of the first year, we will charge you the full monthly price for the months your account was active and refund the remainder of your original payment. In otherwords you will not recieve the discounted price for the months you use if you cancel early.
